Compositing
Every piece of animation needs to be composited with background elements, visual effects and lighting to truly sell the feeling the creators intended.
Object Removal
Using a combination of After Effects and Photoshop, I was able to seemless removal the man in the red without a clean plate.
Matte Painting
By taking various elements and combining them together, I was able to make a convincing castle on top of the mountain.
Rotoscoping
When the client wants a thick layer of smoke behind the actor, the best option was to Roto Brush the actor out of the frame, which is a good alternative to keying them out
